The team evaluated itself high performing in operating standards, effectiveness in completing team activities, and work quality; therefore equating an overall team rating as high performing. The team members considered the team is high performing because of the high level of individual contributions towards team goal and assignments, consistent communication, an ease towards consensus and collaboration, as well as regular support in a safe and positive environment.
Additionally, all members honor deadlines and due dates. Members are also willing to learn about and use new technology tools and resources. As a result, the Google Dolls is a high performing team as each member fulfills her team role each week.
